How It Works.....

Sometimes as many as 14 trolleys and buses operate a continuous route depending on the designated route for that night.

The buses begin the Loop at 6:00pm, sometimes 5:00pm on Special Bus Loops.

Attendees check in at one of the designated "Check-In " locations listed for that night anytime between 5:30pm and 9:30pm.

Each attendee pays $20 seven days in advance(otherwise $30) or $35 at check-in and they will be issued a 4" X 6" Bus Loop card and a wristband.

NOTE:If you do not live within walking distance to the route, we ask all attendees to take a taxi, limo, designated driver, or other safe means home.

Attendees are able to ride the trolleys/ buses all night long for free. They board the bus along the route at anytime and get off as they choose.

On the back of the Bus Loop card, there will be a box for each participating bar/restaurant . The bartender/server will mark off that box when the attendee is served his/her complimentary item from that establishment. The Bus Loop cards should be honored up until 11:00pm. On some occasions, there is a post-party at a designated location indicated on the card where all attendees can meet up afterwards.

The exact type of drink/appetizer/dessert to be distributed by each venue will be indicated on the drink card when possible. Often this may be beer,wine or well drinks or it may only be beer and other venues may offer a specialty drink.

Again, if you do not live within walking distance to the route, we recommend that you and your friends take a cab , designated driver, or some other safe means to and from one of the check-in locations as most attendees do. Be Safe !
